Well, for one thing, while there are definitely some classic big band jazz and swing tunes on here, and some hot artists like Paul Whiteman or Fanny Brice, there are also some real rarities that many fellow electro swing – loving crate-diggers just DO NOT HAVE in their collections. And for another thing, all of these samples are from the mid-1920s or earlier, the ‘Golden Era of Jazz,’ as it were!

These are not recreations or sound-alikes, these are real jazz samples, in some cases remixed a bit around the edges, here and there, to make them more club-ready, and dancefloor-accessible.
