So, basically, I was mixing some music, and decided to make a set of samples combining the TR-808 hat sample with the TR6-606 hat samples. They results turned out quite nice. So , I decided there wasn’t a good reason not to include them on the site. So, bing bang, here they are :)
I know, the photo of the drum-machine monster makes the whole thing a lot more epic than it is. Ah well, it was a fun image. Better than the alternative image – the TR-808 and TR-606 drum-machines sitting next to each other with cowboy hats on… That’s just a dumb image.
The pack includes 78 hi-hat samples altogether, including the 808 and the 606 (as well as the 808/606 hybrid one-shot samples) in WAV format.
SLIGHT manipulating/reverbing has been added to a lot of these samples, too. So, I hope that if you’re looking for some hat samples, you’ll get some use out of these!
